Uma Karuna Thurman was an American actress best known for playing 'Mia' Wallace"in the dark-comedy film "Pulpfiction." Her role in the film made her one of the biggest stars in Hollywood. She's a dedicated actress that isn't afraid of shedding her glitzy appearance. Her role as a devout Christian in the 'Kill Bill' movie series won her awards and praise. Her birthplace was in the family of people known for their unusual lifestyle as well as the Hindu name as well as the Buddhist education.
